Meet the artist
Dennis Hager
Owner & tattoo artist · “Juice”
Dennis has spent over a decade in the tattoo industry — long enough to take on any piece, however complex. From small flash work to full sleeves, he has worked on a plethora of pieces. Choose Dennis as your artist and you are guaranteed to leave the shop happy.
He has worked alongside a number of Pennsylvania tattooers and held guest spots at shops around the region. Along the way he picked up knowledge that stretches past tattooing and into first aid and healthcare — he holds blood-borne pathogen and CPR certifications, and holds the whole shop to those standards.
In 2015 he opened his own shop on Main Street in Ligonier. He now tattoos by day and runs a small business by night: as Cecilia’s only tattoo artist, Dennis wears every hat in the place. When he steps away from the machine, he enjoys mountain life in Ligonier with his dogs and girlfriend.

Cecilia’s has always been proud to promote local art from the Laurel Highlands. Walk through the door and the first thing you meet is the gallery: drawings, paintings, photographs and more from artists local to Ligonier and the surrounding towns.
It is constantly being updated with new work, so stop in and see what is hanging this month. Everything in the gallery is for sale. Each piece is priced independently by its artist — call or email the shop and we will put you in touch.
